Together we are making a difference by restoring honor and integrity to our political system by electing qualified and ethical individuals to our public offices. The McHenry County Young Republicans offer you the opportunity to become involved in local politics while riding the cutting edge of technology and demonstrating the evolution of our Republican Party and its bright future in McHenry County Illinois. 

Our Members

Meet with Republican candidates and officials, learn about local and national issues, work township precincts, attend social gatherings and Republican party events, network with other Young Republicans and political groups, organize candidate rallies, manage party technologies, run campaigns, organize and participate in parades, design and execute fundraisers,  join online social communities , provide civic service, aid not-for-profit organizations, and much more.

Milestones

Five Young Republicans have run for office since we began in September 2008.  Membership has exceeded 750 members.  We are listed in every major search engine.  We have scheduled more than 55 events.  We maintain a Nunda Township Precinct GOTV effort.  We are supported by Congressman Don Manzullo, State Representative Mike Tryon, State Senator Pam Althoff, and County Sheriff Keith Nygren among various other US, State and County officials.
